3. IOSA Certification or IATA Operational Safety Audit (Flight  Safety  Standard audit aspect and recognition     from ICAO, FAA and other International related institution responsible for flight safety)
4. Carega (Cargo Automation & Reservation System Garuda), an integrated system, ranging from     reservation, acceptance, movement, manifesting, outgoing, incoming, to marketing &  accounting
5. CCS (Cargo Community System), the software is specially used by cargo agent, it is hoped that through     CCS that all cargo information and data to be sent be faster, more real time since the data input   process     is able to be done through individual office.
6. Cargo - COPS (Cargo - Claim Online Process System) the offer simplicity and speed on Customer Claim     Settlement and help airlines in making fast, precise and accurate for the "claimant" in terms of speed and     reply assurance for the proposed claim.
